Technical and Post Implementation Support

Qlik, as a product, generally requires far less support than many other systems but, from time to time you will need to contact our Support team to help with specific issues. Acumen BI provides first line technical support with escalation paths to Qlik’s global support services.

 

Upgrades
 

Your annual support contract entitles you to all software upgrades of our products (services are extra). Historically there has been a major upgrade of each product (with significant new features) approximately every one to two years.
